It involves the ability to cope with the challenges of life, form meaningful connections with others, and contribute to the community. Practicing mindfulness, maintaining social connections, engaging in regular physical activity, seeking support when needed, and taking time for self-care can help.
Coaching can improve mental wellbeing in various ways. While coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment, it can complement these approaches and provide valuable support.
