Life is full of change, but you don't have to face it alone.
I'm here to walk alongside you, offering personalised support, practical guidance, and encouragement every step of the way. Don't wait and wonder, "What if?" Take the first step today and start creating the future you deserve.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to navigate life's changes with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
As a Neurodivergent and Retirement Transition Mentor, I support neurodivergent adults and people preparing for or adjusting to retirement. My mentoring combines practical guidance, coaching techniques, and personalised support, helping you build confidence, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout my career, I've worked across the public, private, and voluntary sectors, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, including neurodivergent adults, people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, speech differences, and those who prefer alternative ways of communicating.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person is different, which is why I tailor each session to your goals, strengths, learning style, and individual needs.
My work is also shaped by lived experience. As someone who is neurodivergent and has personal experience of epilepsy, the foster care system, PTSD, and emotional neglect, I understand that change can feel overwhelming. These experiences have strengthened my compassionate, practical, and non-judgemental approach while keeping the focus on your strengths, goals, and potential.
Whether you're looking to better understand yourself, prepare for retirement, or navigate another important life transition, I'm here to provide practical support, encouragement, and strategies that help you move forward with confidence.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
