Lizzy Daniel is the founder of LD Coaching and Consultancy Limited. She is a qualified and accredited coach who specialises in Debt Management, Neurodiversity and Health and Wellness Coaching.
Lizzy is neurodivergent and has lived through the foster care system. She is also a survivor of emotional neglect. After spending over 40 years working through childhood trauma and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), Lizzy now helps others take the first step on their own journey of transformation and self-discovery.
